Building self-confidence and self-esteem, understanding our values, compassion, and assertive communication skills. Includes stress management, improved communication, and peer support to work through guilt and make more empowered choices.

The Parenting Programme

For parents, carers and grandparents. Covers behaviour management strategies, building sustainable wellness within your whānau, and creating a home of love and trust. Aims to build confident, peaceful, violence-free family environments through shared learning and peer support.
